"I have known Janice for several years in a purely professional capacity as she was the decorator used by wife, Dr. Lori Greenwald, to decorate the medical offices of Vanishing Veins.  When the time came to sell my home Janice occurred to me as the natural choice.

Janice was spectacular.  She understood that we had only two to three months to accomplish this task. She arrived on day one with a legal pad, walked through the house with me, took the time that was necessary and had everything organized quickly.  She willingly took on all the tasks associated with readying the house. By this I mean that she didn’t only address the usual decorator responsibilities – paint colors, fabrics and the like – but helped me with the contractor as well.   This was a big job and I realized that it would cost $20,000 to $30,000 before I called Janice.   However, it could have cost much more and it was Janice’s eye for financial concerns that kept it within a reasonable budget.  Throughout, she was unfailingly pleasant to deal with, aesthetically astute, readily available, very organized and punctual.

I met Jan when she was staging the condo next door to me. The condo sold very quickly, unlike other units in the building.
We subsequently hired her to redesign the lobby in our building. It was rather tired looking after 10 years. We completed phase 1 of the project in 2018 and will continue work on phase 2 in 2019.
This year I hired her to redo my bathrooms. She was able to create a design which would reuse the existing vanities and other fixtures, while updating the tub in one bathroom and shower in the other.
She has a great eye for color which is reflected in paint and tile colors. And she respected my style.
